About

Tax, technology and the operating model in between.

I have a strong background in international direct tax: direct tax reporting, tax accounting and provisioning, and more recently Pillar Two. Today my work focuses on tax technology and transformation, helping organisations modernise how tax operates.

Most recently, as a Tax Technology & Transformation Director leading Direct Tax Technology & Transformation, I supported multinational groups and leadership teams in designing and delivering scalable tax operating models, combining process, data, technology and people. A key part of the role was helping tax teams use automation, advanced analytics and AI, including agents and agentic AI, to improve the efficiency, control and insight of tax reporting and compliance.

I work with senior tax and finance leaders and C-level executives as a trusted advisor, from strategy through to delivery. Having worked across many jurisdictions, I bring an international perspective and a pragmatic, collaborative approach, and a preference for solutions that work in practice, not just in theory.
